凧揚げ/ Kite

かっこいい凧をプレゼントでもらっても、なかなかいい天気と機会がなくて棚の上の飾りに・・・　やっといいチャンスが。やったー！
We had nice looking kite, sitting on the shelf waiting for the perfect moment to be use… And the day finally came. Yay!

パパに凧の上げ方を教えてもらい、自分であげられるようになりました！
After some lesson from Daddy, Jason was able to fly the kite on his own.

お花見 / Cherry blossoms Pt3

今度はパパとママが楽しむ番！世界で一番大きな大仏まで、サイクリングで行ってきました。
Daddy and Mommy’s turn to have some fun! We went on a nice bike ride to see the world biggest Buddha statue.

春 ＋ お休みの日 ＋ いい天気 ＝ お花見！
Spring + day off + good weather = Picnic!
近くの学校に、友達と一緒にお花見に行きました。
We went to another cherry blossoms picnic with our friends.

今回は,ちゃんと花見もしたし・・・

お花見 / Cherry blossoms Pt1

友達と一緒にお花見に行ってきました。おいしいお弁当を作ってくれたみんな、ありがとう！メニューは、おにぎり、焼きそば、サンドイッチ、唐揚げ、ジュース、漬物に、ピクルスなど。もちろん大人のためにはビールも。(^-^)
We went on a picnic with our friends to enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms with yummy lunch. Thanks for making them!　We had our kids’ favorite food: rice ball, fried noodles, sandwich, fried chicken etc. And we also had beer for adults. (^-^)

大満足のパパ！

食べるのに忙しすぎて・・・

とっても楽しいかったデース！

It’s fun to ride the bike!

[Lesson 1: March 27]
Daddy wanted to teach Jason how to ride the bike for the longest time… and the day finally came! He was able to ride the bike straight on his own during his 1st 15 minute bike lesson. (I forgot to take picture this day… so sad)

[Lesson 2: April 10]
This day, Daddy tries to teach Jason how to start riding on his own, and how to turn the bike. Tiana is very concern about Jason! But maybe she wanted to ride the bike too…

After another 15 minute bike lesson, he was able to ride on his own. Yay! Here is proud Jason and Daddy. :)

Happy Birthday, Tiana!

March 29th, was Tiana’s Birthday!! Grandpa and Granma came to visit us with Tiana’s birthday present, and birthday cake for Jason and Tiana. Yay!! グランマ、ケーキおいしかったよ！Since it was 1 day before Tiana’s birthday, she got to enjoy 2 whole days of birthday fun. So now every time she hears someone singing “Happy Birthday to you…” she thinks it’s for her. :)

Here are the kids praying with Tiana’s new kitchen play house set, with proud grandpa in the back. グランパ、楽しいおもちゃありがとう！

Tiana made sure he wasn’t hungry at all by making her “special food” with whatever you can think of in it, with lots and lots of salt for the topping. (Cake with fish, egg, carrot, and hamburger on the side etc) グランパとグランマ、また遊びに来てね！

This is Daddy’s special heart cake on Tiana’s Birthday! “We can’t get enough cake! Can we eat now??”

Here is a proud mommy Tiana, with her new baby she received for her birthday present. She tucks the baby next to her every night. So sweet! She will be a good mommy one day…

Happy Birthday, Jason!

It's being soooo long since our last post… Sorry!! It took me (Crystal) a long time to learn how to use the blog… But I’m getting there. (^-^)

February 11th was Jason’s 4th Birthday!! His favorite mama Mia made him a special cake without egg and milk. Jason was very happy with this gift, and we all got to partake of his present. Yay! (Thank you, Mia)

And here is Tiana, who’s looking little sad for not getting much attention… What can I say, she is Aries. :)
